Original Author

F.Kafka

Franz Kafka (1883–1924) was a Bohemian novelist and short-story writer, widely regarded as one of the most influential figures of 20th-century literature. Born into a German-speaking Jewish family in Prague, he worked as an insurance officer and wrote in his spare time. Virtually unknown during his lifetime, Kafka gained posthumous worldwide renown after his friend Max Brod defied his final wishes and published his remaining manuscripts.

Kafka’s works—most notably The Metamorphosis, The Trial, and The Castle—are celebrated for their surreal, nightmare-like depictions of modern existence. He brilliantly captured the anxieties of human isolation, bureaucratic absurdity, and existential dread. His unique style gave rise to the term "Kafkaesque," which describes nightmarish, surreal environments where individuals are trapped by incomprehensible forces. His writing remains a cornerstone of existentialism and modern literature.

About the Product

I can't make anyone understand what is happening inside of me. — F.Kafka

A sense of helplessness and isolation trapped deep within one’s own soul — not a refusal to speak, but the realisation that any attempt to share will dilute and distort the true inner reality.

Made from durable, high-quality 12oz canvas, with a clean open-top structure that balances everyday carry with lightweight storage. The roomy bag body and natural canvas texture make it a daily item built to last.

The bag design is printed using hand screen printing (Silkscreen Printing). Each pull is done by hand, leaving the ink on the canvas with a crisp yet subtly hand-crafted texture. Unlike industrial digital printing, the slight variations that occur during the silkscreen process are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Sizes are offered in two options:

  • Vertical, Small: 30 × 35 cm, handle drop 26cm
  • Vertical, Medium: 35 × 40 cm, handle drop 27cm

Adapting to different everyday carrying needs.

Colors are offered in a wide range, from basics to shades with visual character, so you can choose according to different designs and personal preferences.

We don't deliberately erase the subtle marks left during the making process; instead, we keep the texture shaped together by the material, the ink, and the hand — so that the design isn't just printed onto the item, but becomes part of the item itself.

From commuting and shopping to carrying books and everyday items, it is simple and practical, while leaving a little room for your own expression.
